Assignments Due at The End of Each Week

Week 1: come up with a product idea (use a mind map)

Week 2: On the S&DM25 MIRO board, complete the mind map for your product/company name and check that it is available using the Blacknight Register Domain tool

Week 3: Complete the Mind Map and Website Flowchart activitieis on MIRO. Set up a website for your product (use Google Sites platform or similar). Just below this section, read about SEO, including LSI & Long tail keywords and apply these to your Homepage. Also look at the article on USP. Email me the link to your live/published product website you set up.

Week 4: Finish off viewing video 2, 3, 4 and 5 on marketing and complete the exercises as directed on the MIRO board. Spend some time this week working on your product website.

Week 5: Work at answering the questions within your Marketing Strategy Canvas. Remember to back up each answer/assumption with proof referencing the source used to come to your conclusions/answers.

Week 6: Complete your Marketing Strategy Canvas. Collecting your research resources on the MIRO board as you go. To hlep you with this download and view the latest Marketing Report 2024

Week 7: Download your Marketing Plan Template Use the guiding questions in the outline below to help you complete the different activities under each heading of your Marketing Plan.

Week 11: Continue working on your Marketing Plan and your product website. Follow my feedback and submit your draft Marketing Plan for feedback.

Week 12: Continue working on your Marketing Plan and your product website. Final submission for yoru Product website and Marketing Plan is May 8th.
